At St Clements Citrus, we take pride in ensuring your trees arrive in peak condition. We specialize in secure packaging to protect the lush foliage and root systems of our grafted citrus collection.

  • Delivery Area: We currently provide specialized delivery across Western Australia (WA).
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, you can expect your trees to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location within WA.
  • Care on Arrival: Our trees are shipped in their 2L nursery pots with moisture-retaining packaging. We recommend unpacking your trees immediately upon arrival and giving them a light water.

Returns & Replacements

As we are dealing with living plants, our return policy is designed to ensure the health of our nursery stock and the satisfaction of our customers.

1. Arrived Damaged or Unhealthy?

If your tree arrives damaged during transit or appears unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the plant and the packaging.
  • If the plant is deemed unviable due to shipping stress or damage, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

2. Change of Mind

Due to biosecurity protocols and the stress that transit puts on living plants, we do not accept returns for change of mindonce the trees have been dispatched. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Biosecurity Compliance

To protect the Western Australian agricultural industry, all our movements comply with local biosecurity regulations. Because we operate within WA, there are no quarantine delays for our local customers, ensuring your trees arrive fresh and ready to plant.

4. Growth Guarantee

While we cannot control the environment in your home garden, we guarantee that every tree leaves our garden center healthy, grafted, and true to variety. If you have concerns about your tree’s growth in the first 30 days, reach out to our team for expert care advice.
