How long will it take for my trees to arrive?
We know you’re excited to start growing! Once your order is placed, we typically dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Western Australia usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much sun and water do they need?
- Sun: At least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for the best fruit sweetness.
- Water: Keep the soil moist but not soggy. In WA’s warmer months, check the soil daily—if the top inch is dry, it’s time to water.
What is "Specialty Citrus"?
These are rare or culinary-specific varieties like Kaffir Limes, Finger Limes, and Buddha’s Hand. They are prized by chefs and home gardeners for their unique flavors and ornamental beauty that you won't find in a standard supermarket.
Is it safe to ship live trees?
Absolutely. We have perfected a specialized packaging method that secures the 2L nursery pot and protects the delicate foliage. We also ensure the soil remains hydrated so your tree arrives fresh, green, and ready to thrive.
I have a small balcony. Can I grow these in pots?
Yes! Citrus trees are incredibly adaptable. While they arrive in 2L nursery pots, they can be potted up into 10L, 20L, or larger containers. Our Mandarins and Lemons are particularly well-suited for container life and make beautiful "edible ornaments" for patios.
